By joining this Agreement and sharing his data with the http://marmam.ru/ website (hereinafter referred to as the Website) by filling in the online registration form (personal cabinet details) the User:

confirms that all the data specified by the User belong personally to him;
confirms and acknowledges that the User has carefully read the Agreement and the conditions for processing of their personal data specified by the User in the online registration form, and that the text of the Agreement and the conditions for processing personal data are clear to the User;
agrees with the conditions for processing of personal data without reservations and limitations (hereinafter referred to as the Consent). The moment of accepting the Consent is clicking on the submit button of the Form on any page of the Website.

The User gives his consent to the processing of their personal data, namely, the commission of actions provided for by Clause 3 Part 1 of Art. 3 of the Federal Law No. 152 "On Personal Data" of July 27, 2006 and confirms that by giving such consent the User acts freely, by his own will and in his interest.

The User's Consent to the processing of personal data is specific, informed and conscious. This Consent is given to the processing of personal data both with and without the use of automation facilities.

The User's Consent is recognized as executed in simple written form, for processing of the following personal data specified by the User in the forms:

Surname, first name;
Position, organization;
Country;
City;
Area of interest;
Organization;
E-mail address

The User grants the Website the right to perform the following actions (operations) with personal data: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification); extraction, use; depersonalization, blocking, removal and destruction. The transfer of the User's personal data to third parties is not carried out, except for the cases established by the legislation.

This User's Consent is recognized as executed in simple written form.

The Consent shall be valid for an unlimited period from the moment of submission of the data and may be withdrawn by the User by submitting a written application to the Administration of the Website indicating the data specified in Article 14 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

The withdrawal of the Consent to the processing of personal data can be carried out by sending the appropriate order by the User in a simple written form via the feedback form of the Website.

In case of additional questions, the User has the opportunity to send the corresponding request to the Administration of the Website in a simple written form via the feedback form of the Website.

The Website is not responsible for the use (either lawful or illegal) by third parties of the Information placed by the User on the Website, including its reproduction and distribution, carried out in all possible ways.

The Website has the right to make changes to this Agreement. When making changes to the current version, the date of the last revision is indicated. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment of its publication, unless otherwise provided by the new revision of the Agreement.

The law of the Russian Federation applies to this Agreement and the relationship between the User and the Website arising in connection with the application hereof.
