Hereby we would like to inform you that due to the continuing difficult epidemiological situation and associated restrictions, the XI International Conference "Marine Mammals of the Holarctic" will be held on-line via Zoom on 1-5 March 2021.

   Due to a new format, the conference Organizing Committee has made the following decisions:

1. ABSTRACT submission deadline has been extended till 25 December 2020.
2. Submission deadline for MATERIALS and SHORT NOTES to be included in the first volume of the Collection of scientific papers has been extended till 1 March 2020.
3. LATE registration fee has been canceled. The new flat registration fee is 250 Euro.
4. Registration fees will be applied towards organization of the conference, paid Zoom services, services of simultaneous interpreters and technical moderators, and development and layout of the Program and Proceedings.

   To be invited to give an oral or a poster presentation, the conference participants must submit the Abstract by 25 December 2020 through their personal account on the Conference website and pay the flat registration fee by 23:59, 15 January 2021. If the fee is not paid on time, the Organizing Committee has a right to remove the presentation from the Program and Proceedings. Registration fees are paid only through the Conference website by following the link to the conference service agent website - Monomax.

   The conference participants not planning to give presentations at the conference, must register through their personal account on the Conference website and pay the Guest registration fee (100 USD) by 25 February 2021.
Only the registered participants who provided their email address and phone number at registration will receive a link to online conference platform.
   To register, the participants need to fill out the registration form on the Conference website HTTP://MARMAM.RU/CONFERENCE/ and pay the registration fee.
Students, graduate students and non-working pensioners may be exempted (upon request) from paying registration fees. Please send applications and a copy of the document confirming the benefits to HOLARCTIC2020@GMAIL.COM. If a participant exempted from paying a fee, filling out a questionnaire on the website of the conference service agent - "Monomax" is still required (https://r.onlinereg.ru/?t_conf=491&locale=ru).

ATTENTION: Cancellation of registration and refund of registration fees: The request for registration cancellation and the registration fee refund should be sent via email to HOLARCTIC2020@GMAIL.COM. If participation is canceled before 15 January 2021, 23:59, a 15% fee is charged for all types of payments. If the participation is canceled after 15 January 1, 2021, no refund will be provided. The following bank expenses are paid by the participants upon registration cancellation: • bank charges: $75 • commission when paying with a UCS or ASSIST credit card (5%). Refunds are made after the conference.
